Safety Advice to new paddlers

All paddlers asked to fit air bags to your kayaks as this makes rescues so much easier also tie a short 2foot tape or rope to your kayak end loop this makes grabbing the floating kayaks so  much easier.

If unused to white water keep your boat moving when paddling you are more stable.         You don’t have to start at the top of the course you can get in halfway down

Keep the boat in the middle of the flow paddle hard over drops

If you fall in float on your back feet up and in front, There are big spaces at the bottom of the course to exit the water, to float down to these.Try and keep hold of paddle and boat enjoy your swim its very safe
