Club Paddle & BBQ

Saturday 18th July
A paddle from Maldon Yacht Club followed by a BBQ.
Paddle either around Northey or to Beeliegh and back with tide HW 4.24pm (to be agreed
on the day).

River Blackwater.

Open tidal water.

Dress appropriately for the conditions on the day.

Sea Kayaks/Tourers/Crossovers, must have a skeg.
Arrive Around 2pm to be on the water for 3pm be back around 5/5.30pm for BBQ.
or just turn up later for the social MCC BBQ
There is use of WC and changing rooms at the club
BBQ provided.

Simon from MYC will be providing the meet for a small charge, suggest bring a chair, drinks will
be available from the club house at discounted prices.
Parking is limited but should be enough for all of us, though if full, spaces will be available at
the prom.

Kayaks are available to hire for free, but this is aimed at those who don’t have suitable kayaks.
