Training for those without experience of White Water Prior to Lee Valley White Water all boats welcome, anyone wishing to coach at please inform Chirs prior to attending, this will help coaches coach at lee Valley know how to do rescues and those paddling how to better paddle in the expected conditions.
Meeting location Paper Mill Lock, Little Baddow, Essex CM3 4BS.
Bring a change of clothes, appropriate water gear for cold conditions, Buoyancy Aid, and a Hard Hat.
